As of February 4, 2026, the company is now led by new co-owners Eric Wenger, James Charles, and Joel Steele, who succeeded the founder of E-Impact, Chris Stoltzfus. Stoltzfus stepped down as CEO of E-Impact to spend more time on other business ventures and to focus on writing and teaching.

While leadership has evolved, our mission remains the same: helping small and midsized businesses grow through strategic, metric-driven digital marketing.
