A Pennsylvania-Based Digital Marketing Company Helps 5 Clients Receive Prestigious Recognition For Incredible Growth

[Lancaster, Pennsylvania, August 11, 2026] — E-Impact Marketing, a Lancaster-based full-service Digital Marketing company, has five clients featured on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the nation.

Published annually by Inc. Magazine, the Inc. 5000 list ranks the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States by their three-year percentage revenue growth. Extreme Pole Buildings, New Holland Supply, Supreme Deck Store, Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products, and Zook Cabins were all featured on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of independent, privately-held fastest growing companies in the United States.

Supreme Deck Store, a New Jersey-based supplier of deck-building materials, ranked #491 on this year’s list. Zook Cabins, a luxury modular home builder based in Gap, Pennsylvania, came in at #2991, marking its fifth appearance on the Inc. 5000 in addition to a previous appearance on the Inc. Regionals list. Extreme Pole Buildings, a family-owned custom post-frame builder in Leola, Pennsylvania, ranked #3290. At #3545, Pennsylvania-based building materials supplier New Holland Supply earned a spot on the list for the second consecutive year. Rounding out the group at #3572 is Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products, which made its Inc. 5000 debut after appearing on the Inc. Regionals Northeast list for the first time earlier this year.

E-Impact Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency that serves small and midsize businesses with strategic, metrics-driven marketing. The agency provides paid media, SEO, and web development services, with a focus on the shed, pole barn, roll forming, construction, and outdoor living industries. The achievements of its clients, including those recognized on the Inc. 5000, reflect the growth-minded businesses E-Impact is proud to support through strategic digital marketing.

Eric Wenger, CTO in the E-Impact office

For Eric Wenger, Co-Owner and CTO, this is exactly the kind of meaningful growth the company aims for. Wenger says,

“It means a lot to see client investment turn into real results. When our clients grow, they’re able to better meet their customers’ needs, support their employees, and strengthen their communities. We’re grateful to play a role in their success.

Joel Steele, co-owner and CPO (Chief People Officer) at E-Impact, sees client success as due in part to the organization at E-Impact. “Having different teams of specialists really allows us to go deeper into each area of digital marketing in order to help our clients succeed,” he said. “Watching multiple people care for a client like it was solely theirs, and seeing positive outcomes from that is such a huge win. I love being a part of it and watching our teams do this well…there is no better feeling”

Five Businesses, Five Growth Stories

While all five companies share a spot on the Inc. 5000, each one has its own story behind that recognition.

#491 — Supreme Deck Store

Coming in at #491, Supreme Deck Store earned the highest ranking among E-Impact clients on this year’s list.

The New Jersey-based company supplies decking and outdoor living materials to contractors and homeowners, combining quality products with the knowledge customers need to choose and use them well.

This marks Supreme Deck Store’s first appearance on the Inc. 5000, and the recognition reflects the work of a team that has continued to build its reputation while serving a growing customer base.

For owner Jon Colbasiuc, the people behind the company have been a major part of that success. Looking ahead, the team is focused on continuing to give contractors and homeowners access to both the materials and expertise they need to build better outdoor spaces.

#2991 — Zook Cabins

For Zook Cabins, an Inc. 5000 appearance is becoming familiar territory, though no less worth celebrating.

The Gap, Pennsylvania-based luxury modular home builder, ranked #2991 this year, marking its fifth appearance on the Inc. 5000. The company has also previously appeared on the Inc. Regionals list.

Over the years, Zook Cabins has continued expanding its lineup of cabins, modular homes, park models, and other living spaces while serving customers across a growing geographic area.

The team is proud to once again be recognized for its growth, but it is already looking ahead. One of the things Zook Cabins is most excited about is continuing to develop and introduce new home designs, giving customers even more ways to create spaces that fit how they want to live.

#3290 — Extreme Pole Buildings

Extreme Pole Buildings ranked #3290 on the 2026 Inc. 5000.

Based in Leola, Pennsylvania, the family-owned company specializes in custom post-frame construction and has continued growing while keeping its focus on the people behind every project.

For owner John Lapp, growth is exciting, but it isn’t the ultimate goal.

Customer satisfaction and building a company that can be passed on to his sons matter just as much.

That long-term perspective is one of the things we appreciate about working with businesses like Extreme Pole Buildings. Revenue growth tells one part of the story. Building something that serves customers well today and can continue doing so for years to come tells another.

#3545 — New Holland Supply

New Holland Supply earned the #3545 spot, marking its second consecutive year on the Inc. 5000.

The Pennsylvania-based building materials supplier serves contractors and builders with post-frame building supplies and related products, and its continued recognition reflects another year of growth for the company.

For Mike Stoltzfus, owner at New Holland Supply, that recognition comes back to his team, who made it possible.

That sentiment resonates with us. Behind growth percentages, rankings, leads, sales, and marketing metrics are teams of people doing the work every day. Recognition like the Inc. 5000 gives those teams a chance to stop for a minute and appreciate what they’ve built together.

#3572— Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products

At #3572, Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products made its Inc. 5000 debut in 2026.

Its first Inc. 5000 appearance follows its recognition on the Inc. Regionals Northeast list as well as the Financial Times List of the Fastest Growing Companies in the Americas.

For a company receiving its first Inc. 5000 ranking, that makes 2026 an especially significant year.

Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products’ continued growth is another example of what can happen when a business pairs a strong product and team with a willingness to keep evolving.

Marketing With a Mission

Marketers looking at search results in the E-Impact office

At E-Impact, our mission is to help small and midsize businesses grow through strategic, metrics-driven marketing while fostering personal and professional growth for our team.

But growth at E-Impact has never meant chasing numbers simply for the sake of making the numbers bigger. We believe healthy businesses can create value in a lot of directions. They serve customers. They provide meaningful work for employees. They create opportunities for vendors and partners. They strengthen families and communities.

That’s why seeing clients grow is meaningful to us.

As Wenger explained, when a client’s investment turns into results, those results rarely stop with the business owner. Growth gives companies more capacity to serve the people around them. It also helps our team inform our marketing strategy. As Co-Owner and COO, James Charles, explains,

“Ultimately, our success is defined by our clients’ successes. Seeing our clients win helps us validate that what we’re doing is working and contributing to their bottom-line success.”

Our clients’ real business outcomes are what validate our strategies. Our ultimate goal is to help them build stronger businesses.

Doing that well takes more than one person or one marketing discipline.

E-Impact’s teams include specialists across Social Media, SEO, Local SEO, Digital PR, Website Development, Account Management, Analytics, CRM, Media, Google Ads, E-Commerce, Content, Strategy, and other areas of digital marketing. That structure allows individual team members to develop deeper expertise while working together toward the same goal.

For Steele, that idea comes back to one word: ownership.

E-Impact doesn’t want to operate like a disconnected outside vendor. We want our team members to understand our clients’ businesses, care about their goals, and approach their marketing with the same level of responsibility they would bring to their own company.

“Client success feels rewarding when they succeed because we are a part of them. We are their marketing department,” Joel said. “When we can plan, prep, execute, and define success for our clients, there is no better feeling.”

That sense of ownership also reflects the values E-Impact has worked to build around: Honesty, Generosity, Community, and Wholeness. Those values influence how we work with one another and how we build relationships with clients.

An Impact For Tomorrow

The E-Impact team outside the E-Impact Pennsylvania office

One of the most exciting aspects about digital marketing is that what works today isn’t necessarily going to be what works tomorrow.

For us, that means we’re constantly learning in response to changes in user and platform behavior. Charles sees that as an opportunity rather than a problem.

“The specifics of marketing are constantly changing, but there’s always an opportunity to help our clients grow. We don’t have to be married to one specific strategy or tactic; it’s exciting to adapt to whatever’s required to help our clients win!”

This year’s Inc. 5000 recognition gives us five great reasons to celebrate.

Supreme Deck Store reached the list for the first time. Zook Cabins earned its fifth Inc. 5000 appearance. Extreme Pole Buildings continues building toward a business that can last for generations. New Holland Supply made the list for the second year in a row. And Upper Dauphin Vinyl Products added its first Inc. 5000 ranking to an already impressive year of national and regional recognition.

Those are five different companies with five different stories.

We’re grateful to be part of each one.

And as they keep building, serving, adapting, and growing, we’re excited to keep doing the same alongside them.
