Lancaster-Based Marketing Company Earns Spot On Prestigious National List and Celebrates Clients’ Shared Success

[Lancaster, PA, August 12, 2025] – E-Impact Marketing, a full-service digital marketing company based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was included in the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America. Listed at #3488, the company joins the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row. In addition to their company’s success, E-Impact also celebrates the inclusion of three of their clients, Troyer Post Buildings, New Holland Supply, and Zook Cabins, listed at 4661, 4201, and 2400, respectively.

Founded in 2015 in a backyard office shed, E-Impact’s mission from the get-go was to serve its clients by providing meaningful and measurable results via marketing services that work for small businesses. True to their roots, the company has a special focus on the storage shed and portable building industry, but has since grown to work with new clients in a number of niches. Today, E-Impact serves clients ranging from pole-barn builders to solar-panel installers to roofing contractors in a three-story office building in Lancaster, PA, and a second office in Brooklyn, NY.

The Inc. 5000 list, published annually by Inc. Magazine, ranks the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States based on three-year revenue growth. The list seeks to recognize those companies that embrace and respond effectively to changes in the market and economy. E-Impact has certainly seen those changes over the past decade and embraces challenges as they come in order to help clients grow in any landscape.

For James Charles, co-owner and COO of E-Impact Marketing, the company’s inclusion on the list,

“is a testament to our clients, who have trusted us to help their businesses, and to the team members, who work incredibly hard every day to serve our clients and provide measurable value to them. We wouldn’t be here without either of those groups.”

Charles describes the company’s success as an “undeserved blessing” and expresses gratitude to God for what the company has become so far. Looking ahead, he’s most energized by the potential he sees in his clients, his team, and the world around him.

“There is so much value to be created in the world. It’s exciting to work with companies that create value in so many ways every day, across industries and regions.”

E-Impact’s place on the Inc. 5000 is both a celebration of what they’ve achieved and a reminder of what lies ahead. Explore their journey in full on the Our Story page.

Mission-Based Marketing

At the center of every decision, relationship, and goal at E-Impact is the shared understanding that E-Impact is building something different. The team’s commitment to their mission, vision, and core values helps inform their clients’ success and the team’s growth.

Mission

In 2015, E-Impact Marketing was founded to serve businesses by helping them grow online. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus, the company’s mission statement states that they seek to

“help small and midsize businesses grow through strategic, metric-driven marketing while fostering personal and professional growth for our team.”

E-Impact Employees on the Mission

To E-Impact, success goes beyond a list or their pace of growth. E-Impact Marketing believes that everyone should benefit from a successfully run company: customers, employees, vendors, and society.

Vision

In the end, E-Impact envisions a company that “helps people and businesses thrive by solving problems, creating value, and seeking the Kingdom of God through Jesus” (E-Impact Vision Statement).

To live out E-Impact’s mission and to achieve its vision, there are four core values that drive the company’s decision-making. As Charles explains,

“We try to base all our decisions on our four core values: Honesty, Generosity, Community, and Wholeness. It’s always a challenge to know how best to live those values out in various business situations, and we certainly haven’t done that perfectly.”

Honesty: E-Impact commits to transparency, integrity, and always doing what’s right, even when it’s not the easy choice.

Generosity: They strive to give more than they take and always give more to the world around them.

Community: They build strong, meaningful connections across cultures and backgrounds, believing kindness and humility help people grow stronger together

Wholeness: E-Impact encourages their team members to bring their whole selves to work, understanding that diverse strengths create the best work.

Together, E-Impact’s values, mission, and vision form the backbone of the team, guiding how they work and the results they achieve. As Charles explains,

“Those values also create a foundation of trust for our team members and clients, and trust is a critical component of any true success.”
